Kasteel Swallow‘s Nest in the neighborhood of the Krim

Swallow‘s Nest, near Crimea - a Republic of Southern Ukraine Swallow‘s Nest is a tiny medieval castle which may seem small and unobtrusive The building itself is tiny, just 20 m long and 10 m wide, but has been featured in many books and short brochures linked to crime and mystery. The castle was built in the early twentieth century between 1911 and 1912 on a cliff that juts out over the Black Sea. Built in 1901, destroyed during the Russian revolution, rebuilt, damaged by an earthquake in 1927, restored in 1968.
