The rational use of living space (spiral staircases goes only partially to the center of the house) and rooms plus utility room in the basement, guest room on the first floor and the master part on the second. The original exterior, semicircular bay windows and access, as well as decorative elements of the roof and the use of a large number of round and curved windows.
